Our apiary, situated in Kaohsiung Taiwan, boasts over three decades of beekeeping experience. Located amidst expansive longan and lychee forests in Kaohsiung, our beekeepers possess an innate understanding of honey properties through close interaction with bees. Employing the migration breeding method, we scout suitable locations year-round, allowing bee colonies to forage independently. This approach not only cuts artificial breeding costs but also enhances colony activity. By sourcing high-quality pollen from remote mountains, our active bees produce superior honey. We maintain a practice of storing honey harvested at different times separately. At our store, we meticulously select honey harvested when over 80% of flowers are in bloom, packaging it in glass bottles for maximum purity and aroma. Available in two flavors—Longan honey and Lychee honey—each bottle contains carefully chosen honey, ensuring both quality and sufficiency.
