Hot Brew - Warm and Stress-Relieving

  1. Prepare one tea bag and a 350~500ml mug, and place the tea bag in the cup.
  2. Pour 350ml~500ml of hot water evenly over the tea bag, allowing it to release its full basil essence.
  3. Let it steep for 3~5 minutes until the color develops, then remove the tea bag.
  4. Prepare a small dish to place the tea bag on. The tea bag can be re-steeped 1~2 times, following the same steps.

Cold Brew - Refreshing and Crisp

  1. Prepare one tea bag and a 600~800ml cold brew tea bottle.
  2. Fill the bottle with room temperature water, then tighten the cap.
  3. Place it in the refrigerator for 6~8 hours to let the flavor infuse.
  4. The tea bag can be re-steeped 1~2 times, following the same steps.

Making cold brew tea before bed is ideal. Put the tea bag in cold water and refrigerate, and you'll have delicious cold brew tea ready to enjoy the next day. You can adjust the water amount to suit your taste. For optimal health benefits, it is recommended to drink 2~3 times a day.
